It offers a stunning view of Kotagiri’s rolling hills, visible right from the comfort of your bed. The room is designed with cozy wooden interiors and large windows that fill the space with natural light. It’s the perfect retreat for couples or solo travelers looking to relax and reconnect with nature.

Instructions

Just a Heads-Up

  • We have CCTV camera around the premises for security reasons.
  • Same dishes for the entire group (for all meals).
  • Please confirm the food menu at least 24 hours prior to the check-in date.
  • Check in: 1 PM onwards & Check out: 10 AM .
  • No Smoking inside the Villa!
  • The number of guests shouldn’t exceed the actual guests at the time of booking.
  • No Loud music outside the villa.
  • Laundry can be provided at additional cost.
  • A maximum of 6 guests can be accommodated across 2 rooms (3 guests per room, including children).
  • No plucking of flowers.
  • Request you to adhere to the house rules and timings for food, check-in, and check-out. We will be happy to see you treating the property and the team with respect.
  • Our staff will be available during the meal time and housekeeping time only
  • Guests are not allowed in the kitchen
  • This place is not ideal for stags (all-boys group) and unmarried couples; we will cancel the booking if found.
  • Bonfire is available at an additional cost of Rs.. 1000/-

Food , laundry and bonfire can be arranged on prior notice at extra cost.
